Jennifer Sinclair


Jennifer Sinclair is the Fitness Director at United Medical Fitness. Jenn received her Bachelors in Kinesiology with an emphasis on Exercise Science from University of California San Marcos. In 2011, she completed her certification through the Yoga Alliance as a Registered Yoga Instructor. Jennifer went on to attain her certification as a Personal Trainer in 2013 and as a Weight Loss Specialist in 2014 through the National Association of Sports Medicine.

Among Jennifer’s accomplishments, she has also received two public awards for the impact she has made on her clients: 40 Under 40 OC Metro Promising Entrepreneur in 2009 and in 2016, 40 Under 40 Entrepreneur Trail Blazer for the Inland Empire. Jennifer has authored a weight loss book and created an online fitness app for her worldwide client base. She also volunteers her time to creating fitness programs for foster youths of the Inland Empire.

Jennifer is passionate about personal health and wellness and has spent her life sharing her passion for wellness with people of all ages and from all over the world.

We can auto draft a checking account or credit/debit card each month or you can pay in full for a year at a time. We also accept check and cash at our front desk.

We recommend you wear loose fitting clothes or clothes that you can easily bend, squat, stretch and allow for a variety of movements. Please wear sensible footwear, something that is sturdy, and comfortable.

Please bring a water bottle and a sweat towel. However, these items are not required, but we do highly encourage you to bring both items.

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the scheduled training session/class to ensure you have enough time to stretch and prepare for the session or class without being rushed.

YES! We encourage you to bring a friend and experience our facility for the first time free of charge.

If you are planning on working out on your own, we require you to be 18 years old. If you are purchasing a personal training package and will be under the supervision of one of our professionals, then ages can vary. If you are under the age of 18 and would like to book a session, please contact us for more details.

Rates vary based on amenities and membership type. Our frequent offers, discounts, promotions and programs that are happening may affect your membership price, so please contact us for the most accurate information.

Memberships may be canceled at any time by filling out a cancellation form. All past due balances must be paid at the time of cancellation.

YES! Anyone can join the gym, take a class, schedule a consult with a provider or just hang out and enjoy a juice from our refreshment bar.

Nope! While many of the participants in this facility were referred to our facility by their trusted doctor doesn’t mean you have to. Everyone is welcome!
