Eunice Rhee, DO

MEDICAL WEIGHT LOSS DIRECTOR

Dr. Rhee earned her medical degree at Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Following graduation, she completed her internship and residency training in Internal Medicine at Chicago Medical School/Mount Sinai Hospital in Chicago, IL. Dr. Rhee has also completed specialized advanced training in Weight Loss, GI Nutrition, Obesity and Bariatric Medicine. Dr. Rhee is Board Certified in Bariatric and Obesity Medicine. Dr. Rhee joined United Gastroenterologists in September 2009.

Dr. Rhee is currently the Medical Director for the Center for Medical Weight Loss in Murrieta. Her special interests in Gastroenterology include: colon cancer screening & prevention, digestive disease disorders affecting women, hemorrhoid treatment and obesity management. She is BLS and ACLS certified and is a member of the American Cardiac Education Specialists. Dr. Rhee is also a member of the Healthcare Professionals Ministry (HPM) – an organization dedicated to serving the homeless & poor in Skid Row, Los Angeles and sending short-term medical missionary teams to third world countries.

Her society memberships include the American College of Physicians/American Society of Internal Medicine, American Society of Bariatric Physicians, American College of Gastroenterology, and the Southern California Society of Gastroenterology. Dr. Rhee is a Diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine, and a Diplomate of the American Board of Obesity Medicine.
